The Certificate in ICT introduces students to essential computer and information technology skills needed in today’s workplace. The program covers computer fundamentals, the Microsoft Office suite, internet and email use, basic digital literacy and safety, and an introduction to networking and troubleshooting. Through hands-on practical exercises, graduates will gain the confidence and competence to use computers effectively in office, business, and personal settings.
